He can talk about every aspect, from the HVAC unit to the roof. On one house that we liked, he made us notice that the driveway was very steep and might be a problem for us in the winter. He really wanted to find a house that would be JUST RIGHT for us. He was certainly not “pushing” anything on us. Once we found the house, he negotiated the repairs that needed to be done by the seller, right to the details. We felt very much taken care off.
